Memo: Towards non-business sign of location. BE AWARE OF FALSE DENTAL PRACTICE AT THIS LOCATION.. RECENTLY BRIDENT WAS LEASED AT DIFFERENT LOCATION.AND FROM 2023-2026.THIS OFFICE SPACE DOESN'T RELATE TO STANDARDS OF CONSUMERS. VERY LIMITED INFO CONCERNING. IT'S NOT LEGIT OF DENTAL PRACTICE..NO VIEWABLE SIGN TO THE PUBLIC.. THIS REVIEW WAS DATED. 1/20/2026

DO NOT GO HERE. Terribly unorganized and unprofessional. I’m currently waiting for service for my 9:30 appointment. Plus, do you want to use the products that they leave on the floor for bugs to live in?

We have been with Brident for a couple of years now. Great experience with them, friendly staff and great doctors. My only complaint is how often they change our appointment time after we have already set it. If you know the Dr doesn't do certain treatments after a certain time of the day, why call and confirm the appointment I called to make if you're just going to change it on me anyway. I set.y appointments at the time I do because it works for my schedule and my daughters. If I had any pick of the day, I wouldn't mind but I work 10hr days plus run a business.

Stay away! Originally came for dental work in November. My credit card was swiped twice for the same charge because the receptionist says it didn't go through the 1st time but it did! It is now March and it's still NOT resolved. Every time I make an appointment, the front desk girls put me down for a follow up instead on what I originally needed.. Ex: deep cleaning & extractions. Which require much more time with the dentist than just a follow up. Then the dentist doesn't have the time work on me so I get turned away. Brident fails to call their patients when they need to be rescheduled. I have came to the office 4 times for a deep cleaning. 4 times!!! Each time I was told.. "Oh, someone should have called & left a voicemail to reschedule you." I have not received one single voicemail from Brident. This is beyond frustrating. I am taking off from work to be here for my appointments. I am losing money. The entire system here is broken. I have already pre-paid $1200 for my dental work that they can't seem to finish.

Best place I have ever been too!! They got my braces on and my teeth fixed, everything was done that was needed. Very good staff, worked with the times and days for appointments. Bailey and Dr.Jaffer knew how to make me feel happy about my smile and teeth. Excellent company at the slaughter location. ♥️♥️♥️ Thanks my for my perfect smile and happiness with the outcome.
